Whole button Mushrooms, brushed with a Garlic Infused Olive Oil and stuffed with your choice of Pork, Crab or a Vegetable blend.

Bourbon Tenderloin Skewers

Tenderloin Tips Marinated and grilled in our Jim Beam Bourbon Glaze.


Margarita Chicken Skewers

Chicken Breast marinated and grilled in our Jose Cuervo Margarita Glaze.


Wings and Drummies

Five lbs. of jumbo Chicken Wings fried and rolled in your choice of Buffalo, Asian Zing, BBQ, Sweet and Sour, Fire or Citrus Mango Habenero sauces.

Whole Water Chestnuts wrapped in Bacon and baked golden brown.


Spring Egg Rolls

Asian Vegetable Blend wrapped in a Wonton and crisp fried.


Cocktail Franks

Mini Smoked Cocktail Franks tossed in BBQ sauce.


Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Hot and creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip served with Tortilla Chips.


Baked French Bread Topped with a mixture of Diced Tomatoes, Red Onion, Fresh Basil, Olive Oil and Grated Parmesan.


Fruit Tray

An Assortment of Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Oranges, Grapes, and Watermelon.


Veggie Tray

Fresh Vegetables include Carrots, Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, with Ranch.

Taco Dip Tray

Layers of a Mexican Cream Cheese, Lettuce, Cheddar, Tomatoes, Black Olives, Onions and Ringed with Jalapenos served with Tortilla Chips.



Ham and Cream Cheese rolled around large Dill Pickles Spears.


Cheese and Sausage

Sliced Cheddar, Swiss and Hard Salami accompanied with assorted Gourmet Crackers.


Mini Sandwiches

Ham, Turkey and Roast Beef served on our Specialty Breads of Tomato Basil Focaccia, Garlic and Herb Focaccia with Lettuce, Tomato and Mayo.


Caprese Croistini

French Bread Baked and topped with fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil and Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Lunch Buffets are served until 3 pm - Minimum of 20 people for any buffet



Mexican Fiesta Bar

Hard and soft shell tacos with Mexican ground beef or chicken, Blanca or Traditional Enchiladas with beef or chicken, refried beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, tomatoes and lettuce. Nachos with our zesty Cheese Sauce.



Italian Medley

Two choices of either Chicken Alfredo, Scarno with Sausage or Chicken, Pasta with Meatballs or Meat Sauce and Lasagna. Served with fresh bread and Tossed Salad.



Tailgater Buffet

Hot dogs, hamburgers, brats. Served with chips, dip and condiments. Choose a salad to accompany your buffet. (Cole slaw, potato salad, or Chicken pasta salad)



Asian Buffet

Pepper steak, sweet and sour pork or chicken served with Steamed rice, Chow Mien noodles and Egg rolls Served with soy sauce and fortune cookies.



Lunch Buffet

Served until 3 pm - 20 person minimum

Texas Style BBQ

Pulled BBQ Pork sandwiches, Baked Beans with Bacon, Homemade Potato salad, Corn bread, and Fresh fruit. Add corn on the cob (Seasonal)


Specialty Bread Assorted Sandwiches

Ham, Turkey and Roast Beef served on our Specialty Breads of Tomato Basil Focaccia, Garlic and Herb Focaccia and fresh baked Ciabatta Bread. Served with Chips, Dip and Tossed Salad or our Homemade Soup and Dinner Rolls.


Grilled shrimp, Tenderloin or Chicken with a light marinade and vegetables, grilled and served with Choice of Potato, Fresh Fruit and a salad.


Wrap It Up

Assorted Specialty Wraps include Chicken Caesar, Cajun Turkey, Bacon and Club Wrap. Includes Chips, Dip and Cottage Cheese. Add a Tossed Salad or Home Made Soup.
